His brace against Newcastle on Saturday afternoon saw him net his fifth goal in his last five Premier League games, and in total it was his tenth across all competitions – a figure that means he has now already overtaken his entire tally for the previous campaign (8).
Did he play for Everton? Simple question but a lot tougher than you think…
And after seeing the £19.8m-rated ace’s performance, Everton fans flooded to Twitter to voice their thoughts on their rejuvenated striker.
Some supporters of the Merseyside club insisted that Calvert-Lewin is beginning to prove he is deserving of a chance in the England senior set-up, with a few even calling for him to be named in the squad for EURO 2020.
A couple of supporters of the Toffees were also quick to hark back to former striker Romelu Lukaku, with one fan in particular claiming that Calvert-Lewin could be the striker they’ve needed since the Belgian.

Meanwhile, this Everton transfer target could be a better fit under Carlo Ancelotti than Michael Keane.
